Riley Cooper will be the Eagles' No. 3 wideout this week.
Jason Avant (hamstring) is out. Cooper has excellent size (6'3/222) and hands, but separation has always been an issue. He's best used as a red-zone threat, where he caught a goal-line fade from Michael Vick in the first quarter of last week's loss to the Cowboys. Regardless, Cooper won't be on the fantasy radar this week as the fourth option in the passing game.
