Palmer caught a touchdown pass in traffic during a 7-on-7 drill Tuesday, according to ESPN.com. Palmer had been out with an ankle injury, but looked good upon his return to practice. He is in a position battle with Matt Spaeth, David Paulson and rookie Rob Blanchflower to back-up Heath Miller this season.
