Kendall Hunter rushed nine times for 27 yards in the 49ers' Divisional Round win over the Panthers. The 49ers mixed in Hunter in the first quarter, but scrapped their change-of-pace back following an early deficit and utilized Frank Gore as a workhorse while generally playing pass-first football until they grabbed a two-score second-half lead. That's when Hunter got his carries. Hunter will likely see a smaller workload in next week's NFC Championship clash at Seattle.
