Despite seeing his third-highest target total of the season, Fleener fell short of 50 yards for an eight consecutive week. He may fare a bit better when Andrew Luck (kidney) returns, but the Indianapolis offense simply hasn't emphasized the tight ends this season, and Fleener has done nothing to earn more targets.
