Eli Manning said he'd consider restructuring his contract if it helps get restricted free agent Victor Cruz signed.
Manning signed a seven-year, $106.9M contract in 2009. Meanwhile, Cruz has a one-year tender worth $2.879M in front of him right now. Still, there seems to be a lot of angst in New York over the possibility of losing Cruz. But no team has been even rumored to be preparing an offer sheet and we'd ultimately be surprised if someone stepped to the plate at this point. The last time an RFA tendered at the first-round level changed teams in free agency was Laveranues Coles 10 years ago.
