Dion Lewis (leg) participated in the first day of the Browns offseason program. Lewis fractured his left fibula during the second preseason game last year and was placed on injured reserve. He heads into the final year of his rookie deal fighting with the likes of Edwin Baker and Fozzy Whittaker for a roster spot behind clear-cut starter Ben Tate.
