Coach Bill O'Brien reiterated Thursday that Foster (groin) will be a game-time decision for Sunday's game against the Falcons, ESPN's Tania Ganguli reports.
EDGE Analysis
Foster was once again a limited participant in Thursday's practice, while looking good in the process, per O'Brien. That said, the Texans have yet to solidly the running back's status for Sunday's 1:00 ET kickoff. If Foster is held out, Alfred Blue would once again be in line to head the Texans' rushing attack in Week 4.

This is SOO damn aggravating to say the least.

If Foster starts Sunday, he will be a #1 RB to start against a Falcons def that can't stop any back in the NFL.

Then again, that's probably the reason they won't start Foster. Atlanta is nothing Blue can't handle, giving Arian an extra week of rest. That team is ZILCH without that beast.
