Chris Johnson rushed 21 times for 99 yards and added two catches for 18 yards versus the Colts in Week 8.
Although the long runs were elusive this week, it was an encouraging sign that Johnson avoided negative plays and sustained a rushing attack throughout the game. He didn't have a run longer than 14 yards, but still managed a respectable 4.7 YPC average. After a slow start, Johnson is averaging 123 scrimmage yards (at 5.6 YPC) over the past five games. He's increased his rushing attempts from 11 per game to 19.6 over the same span. For those waiting on a prime window to sell, note that Johnson is facing the Bears' shut-down defense in Week 9.
