Andy Dalton completed just 14-of-28 passes for 105 yards, a touchdown, and an interception in the Bengals' Week 7 loss to Pittsburgh.
The Bengals' passing game was completely shut down with Ike Taylor taking away A.J. Green and LaMarr Woodley and James Harrison back healthy. Pittsburgh may have provided a blueprint for the rest of the league to eliminate Cincinnati's passing game on Sunday Night Football. Take Green away, and Dalton won't move the ball offensively. The Bengals have a bye in Week 8. We're not optimistic about Dalton's chances of repeating his productive first half of the season over Cincinnati's final nine games.
Sanu is a fantastic WR if given the chance. He'll emerge as a viable fantasy option as they continue double-teaming Green. Dalton should be fine.
What QB should I pick up romo cutler freeman weeden Bradford Palmer tanner hill or wilson
Wouldn't you say that taking Green away was probably the blue print coming out of Training camp. The Bengals had one Offensive threat, AJ Green. Any team that hasn't been trying to take him away needs to fire it's defensive coordinator.
Great point. If the law firm does his job the defense will have to give him respect which will give Dalton the shots downfield for green.
