49ers WR Mario Manningham (shoulder) and LT Joe Staley (pneumonia) are active and will start on Monday night against the Cardinals.
Manningham has been battling the shoulder injury for the past few weeks and was forced to miss last week's game against the Seahawks. At less than 100 percent, he's no more than a WR4/5 against Arizona. Staley has been battling a bout of pneumonia for the past five days, but he's going to give it a go. He's graded out as Pro Football Focus' No. 2 offensive tackle in all of the NFL this season.
