Hagan, who finished Week 17's loss to the Colts with two catches for 16 yards, recorded 19 catches (on 33 targets) for 254 yards and a touchdown in 2014. Hagan took on a bigger role once Justin Hunter went down with an injury but he still offered minimal fantasy value overall. The 30-year-old wideout will enter free agency ahead of the 2015 season.

Hagan, who got the start in place of the injured Kendall Wright (hand), had a team-high six catches on seven targets for 62 yards in Sunday's 36-7 loss to the Giants. The Titans were dominated throughout the game and starting quarterback Zach Mettenberger was eventually knocked out with a shoulder injury for the second consecutive week. The seven targets were a season-high, and he has a decent opportunity to keep his good play going in Week 15 against the Jets, who have allowed the second-most receiving touchdowns this season.

Hagan will start in place of the inactive Kendall Wright on Sunday against the Giants, the Tennessean reports. While Hagan isn't an especially high-percentage fantasy play this week, with Wright out and Justin Hunter on IR, he and Kris Durham do figure to see added Week 14 snaps, along with fellow wideout Nate Washington.

With Justin Hunter on injured reserve, Hagan is likely to take on a bigger role in Tennessee's offense. Hagan, who caught two passes (on three targets) for 39 yards in Sunday's loss to the Texans, figures to get more looks in the offense for the remainder season, but he's still not a viable fantasy option in most formats. The 30-year-old wideout has eight catches for 129 yards and a touchdown this season.

Hagan caught both of his targets for 45 yards and a touchdown Sunday against Washington. Hagan's 38-yard touchdown catch with 7:41 remaining in the fourth quarter put the Titans up 17-16, though they ultimately lost the game on a last-second field goal. The score was Hagan's first this season, and it was only his third game of the year with a reception, as he continues to be an extremely limited fantasy option.

Hagan caught one pass for nine yards in Sunday's win over the Chiefs. As the Titans' No. 4 wideout, Hagan is a break or two in his favor away from fantasy consideration these days.
