White (hamstring) is active Sunday in Minnesota, the Falcons' official site reports. After sitting out in last Thursday in Week 3, White is suiting up for the first time in two weeks, as he earns a starting nod across from Julio Jones. With Harry Douglas (foot) inactive, White is certain to be looked at after Matt Ryan considers Jones.
