Miller (ankle) took part in Tuesday's practice, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports.
Miller suffered a minor ankle injury toward the end of Sunday's loss to the Bills, but is practicing Tuesday and doesn't figure to be limited moving forward. If anything, teammate Knowshon Moreno (elbow) being ruled out boosts Miller's fantasy stock significantly as the undisputed No. 1 running back on the Dolphins.

They re-signed Daniel Thomas, so I see no reason why it won't be the same situation as last season.
