The Star-Ledger suggests the Giants could asses Ryan Nassib's trade value ahead of the draft. Nassib failed to move past Curtis Painter as a rookie and now the Giants have added Josh Freeman. They're not showing a ton of faith in his development. That said, if Ryan Mallett and Kirk Cousins can't fetch much on the trade market, the Giants will likely find crickets if they try to shop Nassib. Perhaps they'll carry three quarterbacks on the final roster for the first time in recent memory.

Giants could try trading Nassib for a WR or a TE as they have Eli Manning,Curtis Painter and Josh Freeman so if they are able to trade him it would be a smart decision

I agree with you 86METS, they should at least try to get something for him if they can't acquire a draft pick. And at least you had a comment on the content of the article.

I don't see the point in a draft day trade for a pick when the guy you pick might not even make the final roster so trading for a decent receiver would be a great decision
