The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports free agent QB Shaun Hill underwent offseason foot surgery. Hill, 34, also had foot surgery last offseason. It shouldn't affect his status for minicamp and training camp but might be an issue for OTAs, though we're simply speculating. The Rams remain interested in Hill as Sam Bradford's backup.
