Colts signed S David Sims. Sims appeared in 15 games for the Eagles in 2012, mostly as a special teamer, before falling out of the league in 2013. The 2011 undrafted free agent out of Iowa State has landed in a spot he actually has a chance to stick. Antoine Bethea is a free agent and the Colts lack depth across their entire secondary.
