Impending free agent Kellen Winslow is not expected to face a suspension as a result of his November arrest for possession of medical marijuana. Winslow was arrested for possession of synthetic marijuana in East Hanover, N.J. Though it's illegal in many states, synthetic marijuana isn't among the drugs banned under the NFL drug policy. Winslow's free-agent market will be severely affected by his age (30) and lengthy history of knee problems.
