Darren Sproles caught two passes for 30 yards in Week 17 against the Bucs. Sproles rushed three times for minus-one yard. It was a largely disappointing season for Sproles, a running back fantasy owners in PPR leagues likely took in the second or third round of drafts. Pierre Thomas was simply better in the role. Sproles totaled 824 yards and four touchdowns on 124 touches. He should see his regular 5-8 touches next weekend when the Saints take on the NFC East winner in the playoffs.
