49ers coach Jim Harbaugh conceded Friday that Mario Manningham (knee) is unlikely to play in Week 17 against the Cardinals. Manningham was downgraded to "out" in Thursday's practice after participating on a limited basis Wednesday. He also missed Week 16, and appears to be dealing with a setback after tearing multiple knee ligaments late in 2012. The 49ers will move forward with Michael Crabtree bookending Anquan Boldin.
