Jeremy Kerley (elbow) is inactive for Sunday's Week 13 game against the Dolphins. Kerley practiced on a limited basis this week, but will miss his third straight game. Also inactive for the Jets are QB David Garrard, LB Garret McIntyre, OL William Campbell, OT Ben Ijalana, TE Chris Pantele, and OT Oday Aboushi. Santonio Holmes (foot, hamstring) and Antonio Cromartie (hip) are both active and will start.
