Rams re-signed QB Kellen Clemens to a one-year contract. Clemens, 30 in June, appeared in two games last season, completing 1-of-3 passes with an interception and a fumble. Coach Jeff Fisher has already said second-year QB Austin Davis is entering training camp as the No. 2 to Sam Bradford. Clemens will battle for the No. 3 job, and he has experience in OC Brian Schottenheimer's offense.
