Seahawks DE Chris Clemons underwent surgery Thursday to repair his torn left ACL and meniscus.
The procedure was performed by Dr. James Andrews and comes with a 6-8 month recovery timetable. Seattle's top pass rusher will be questionable for training camp. Coach Pete Carroll confirmed the team will be seeking more pass-rush help this offseason.
