Speaking in a Wednesday radio interview, ESPN's Sal Paolantonio floated the idea that Andy Reid could sign free agent Donovan McNabb as a back-up if he lands in Arizona. "Reid had to be talked into trading McNabb to Washington by (GM) Howie Roseman, kicking and screaming," Paolantonio reasoned. "I'm just warning you, don't be surprised if it happens." Paolantonio - a highly-respected reporter - appears to be more thinking out loud than suggesting McNabb to Arizona is a distinct possibility, but it's still fascinating. McNabb, of course, spent 2012 on the couch. We would say it would be a terrible idea, but then again, Arizona is the same franchise that's given Max Hall, Derek Anderson, Ryan Lindley, John Skelton and Brian Hoyer starts in recent seasons.
