Chargers LT Jared Gaither (groin) missed practice on Wednesday. Gaither hasn't practiced since two Wednesdays ago and hasn't played since Week 9. Although Baltimore ranks in the bottom half of the league in sacks, a San Diego squad without their top tackle would be welcome news. UDFA Mike Harris has started in place of Gaither six times this season and has been destroyed in pass protection. The Chargers are already going to be without LG Tyronne Green (hamstring).
