Mark Sanchez QB NYJ 7 Months
Jets owner Woody Johnson insists Mark Sanchez is "our franchise quarterback."
"I don't view him that way," said Johnson. "That's what he is." Yawn. Johnson accepted no responsibility for the Tim Tebow trade and chastised reporters for speculation that it was driven by a desire to sell personal seat licenses. "Sanchize" has ranked at or near the bottom of the barrel in Pro Football Focus' adjust accuracy percentage, plays under pressure, and overall QB grade in each of his four seasons with the Jets.

The Jets have progressed in the playoffs a couple of times with Sanchez leading the offense, but they have been a DEF- minded team for most of that time. Now you can see what he can do without his injured receivers, and without Reavis holding down the CB position. Trading for Tebow was idiotic, as he is not an NFL QB.
How many owners and GM's have to make dumb remarks regarding what bad decisions they have made?

Bring in Rex Grossman, heck at least he got to a Superbowl while being carried by the Defense. Nothing special about Sanchez, Jets should move on.
