Santana Moss (concussion) participated in Monday's practice, and expects to play against the Eagles.
Moss went down in Week 9, but got healthy during the Redskins' bye week. He should return to the slot against Philadelphia. Averaging 2.6 catches for 34.7 yards, Moss isn't a viable WR3.
