Ryan Tannehill (knee, quad) was a full participant in practice on Wednesday.
Tannehill's injury is more of a pain tolerance issue. He'll likely wear a brace on the left knee once again this week, but he has high-end QB2 upside against Tennessee's terrible pass defense.
