Jermichael Finley TE GB Nov 02 '127 Comments

Jermichael Finley (shoulder) is listed as probable for Week 9.

Finley hasn't seen more than six targets in any game since Week 2, but he's fully expected to play against Arizona. Based on recent production, Finley would be a roll of the dice, back-end TE1 in fantasy. His snaps are also way down.

Calm down. Take a moment and observe TE production overall in the league this year. It's way down, across the board.

I'm not arguing in favor of Finley -- he's a bust this year for sure -- I'm just saying that right now, here in the mid-season of 2012, it's not taking much for a TE to be considered as a "back-end TE1".

cogwheel has a very strong argument. TE production isnt close to where it was this time last year across the board. Finley is going to have a breakout game somewhere in the mix so they were correct when saying hes a roll of the dice. I like the gamble.

dressen or finley

bull....my TE's are doing just fine...10 point average every week i don't know how weak of a lineup u have if you have to rely on a tight end for points you better check the waiver wire

i would start dressen, GB is on a bye next week and i don't think they will use finley very much if at all because of that they are gonna want him back to 100% and not take the chance of injuring him for a longer period of time

A ten point avg, yea i have two that have that, my point is that fantasy points for tight ends are down compared to this time last year. That is a fact. Im in a 27 man roster dynasty league, there are no TE on the waivers
