Patriots TE Visanthe Shiancoe (hamstring, designated for return) has returned to practice.
Shiancoe is eligible to return from injured reserve after Week 8. He could be available to play next week, though that's far from a certainty. Shiancoe has no fantasy value behind Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez.
