Drew Brees completed 27-of-37 passes for 377 yards, four touchdowns, and one interception in the Saints' Week 7, 35-28 victory over the Bucs.
Brees did all of his damage in the first half. The Saints got down 21-7 early, but Brees then picked apart the Bucs' pass defense for 313 yards and all four touchdowns before halftime. With Aqib Talib serving the first game of his four-game suspension, Tampa Bay was no match for New Orleans' passing attack. Brees didn't even have Jimmy Graham. Marques Colston, Darren Sproles, Joseph Morgan, and David Thomas all scored in the first 30 minutes. Lance Moore replaced Graham as the go-to guy in the middle of the field. The Saints head to Denver next Sunday night.
