Vincent Brown WR SD 8 Months
The Union-Tribune's Kevin Acee suspects Vincent Brown (ankle) will return for Week 9.
Brown is eligible to come off the temporary injured reserve list ahead of Week 7. He'll then get a few weeks of practice in before suiting up. Brown should be able to push Robert Meachem and Eddie Royal for snaps, but is a better Dynasty target than re-draft option.

I don't think a "few weeks" of practice is going to matter much with Brown - SD has a bye in Week 7 and Brown should return in Week 8 vs a very poor Browns pass D - Brown is the Chargers best WR and the best chance Rivers has of getting back on track. So the sooner the better . . .
