DavidAkers went 5-for-5 on field goals in Sunday's third preseason game against the Broncos.
Akers set a franchise record for made field goals last season and is picking up right where he left off. Through three preseason games, he's 8-for-8. The Niners' red-zone struggles make Akers an elite fantasy kicking option.
For as little as you see an update on a kicker it is even more rare to see a comment on a kicker. So I thought I would show Akers some love and leave him a comment, even if it is a meaningless comment.
