The move allows the Ravens to retain Williams' rights should he reconsider a return to football. He is under contract for 2012, although Baltimore gets to take his $1.5 million base pay and $50,000 workout bonus off its salary cap. Coach John Harbaugh expressed skepticism before the Combine that Williams would reverse his decision, but you can't rule out anything with Ricky.
