Jaguars signed S Akwasi Owusu-Ansah. A fourth-round pick by the Cowboys in 2010, Owusu-Ansah has been primarily a special teamer in between injuries in 10 career games. He'll add depth following Dwight Lowery's shoulder injury Monday night.
