12/1/2011 Oakland Raiders

Coming off his six-field goal day, Sebastian Janikowski (hamstring) was held out of practice Wednesday.

Remarkably, Janikowski banged four field goals from 40 yards out or more even though his hamstring still isn't 100 percent. He's now 8-of-9 from 40-plus on the season and 5-of-6 from 50-plus. Sea Bass should be in fantasy lineups for Sunday's game at Miami.

Kowski? That's the worst nickname I have heard for him. In the raider nation ee call him Seabass or Jano. Kowski just sounds weird
