Bucs signed LB Jacob Cutrera off the Jaguars' practice squad. The Bucs lost Devin Holland (back) for the season last week, so they were on the hunt for special teams help. Cutrera will also provide insurance behind linebackers Quincy Black and Zac Diles, who are both nursing injuries.
