McFadden rushed for 80 yards on 14 carries and added two catches on four targets for six yards in Sunday's 31-28 loss to the Chargers. Interim coach Tony Sparano suggested earlier in the week that he wanted Maurice Jones-Drew to take on a larger role, but McFadden carried the load again Sunday, with 14 carries to Jones-Drew's four. The 27-year-old McFadden averaged 5.7 yards per carry against San Diego, marking the first time in his last 11 games in which he's exceeded even four yards per attempt. Despite his lackluster overall production this season (3.4 YPC, one touchdown), McFadden appears locked in as the primary rusher for Oakland.

And hope that coin lands on Roddy White. Oak plays Arizona next week. There run defense is stout.
