Bengals re-signed LB Vincent Rey to a two-year extension. Rey was a revelation filling in for an injured Rey Maualuga last season, recording 32 tackles, three sacks and an interception in only three starts. The former undrafted free agent has been primarily a special teams player in his four-year career, but earned more defensive snaps with his play last season. He will not be a starter in 2014 but should be the first linebacker off the bench for Cincinnati.
