Bengals re-signed S Taylor Mays. Mays, 26, earned a large sub-package role on defense last year before suffering a season-ending shoulder dislocation in late October. He can play linebacker in Cincinnati's dime alignments, and contribute in kickoff and punt coverage. Mays is unlikely to push FS George Iloka out of his starting job.
