The Chiefs worked out free agent RB/KR Chris Rainey on Monday. Rainey reportedly ran a forty time in the 4.3s. Unfortunately, he's a complete turd off the field and not very effective on it. Rainey has on several occasions been arrested going back to his days at Florida.
