Eagles signed OG Jake Scott and waived OL Julian Vandervelde. Scott, an eight-year veteran, spent the previous four seasons with the Titans. He garnered plenty of interest on the open market in the offseason but was reportedly not willing to accept the veteran's minimum. Scott graded out as a top-10 guard in 2011, according to Pro Football Focus.
