Over his last six games, MKG is averaging 12.3 points and 10.2 boards with four double-doubles. His lack of steals, blocks or threes limits his value in most leagues, but if you need a boost in rebounds Kidd-Gilchrist can give it to you without tying up a C or PF spot.

That's MKG's third double-double in his last four games, and he appears to be back in his early season form. His low usage rate puts a ceiling on his fantasy value, and he won't help you much outside of his points and boards, but his minutes and production should be solid moving forward.

Kidd-Gilchrist stuffed the stat sheet on Saturday and flashed the potential that Charlotte has been looking for since they drafted him No.2 overall in 2012. Still, he's likely the fourth option on offense most nights, and will need to earn consistent minutes and improve his jumper before becoming a reliable fantasy option. Consider him a deep league utility option for the time being.

Kidd-Gilchrist returned from a foot injury Wednesday against Boston but has come off the bench in his three games back, with coach Steve Clifford citing conditioning as the reason. After playing 28 minutes against Brooklyn on Saturday, Kidd-Gilchrist has been deemed ready to reclaim his starting spot, and he'll be tasked with guarding LeBron James. Gerald Henderson will likely return to the bench, as Lance Stephenson slides back to shooting guard.

Kidd-Gilchrist will continue coming off the bench at least through Saturday's game, as he is still working on regaining his game conditioning, the Charlotte Observer's Rick Bonnell reports.
Coach Steve Clifford said Kidd-Gilchrist was gassed after playing 19 minutes in Wednesday's game, so for now owners should probably avoid using him in daily leagues. Look for Gerald Henderson to continue to start next to Lance Stephenson on the wing in the short term.
