Kanter scored 16 points (6-16 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 4-8 FT), with 15 rebounds in 27 minutes during Tuesday's win over the Thunder.

Kanter has had his inconsistencies to this point in 2014, but tonight was a strong outing for the big man. Kanter has serious potential, and if he can remain consistent then he'll be a very good fantasy option.

Kanter scored 18 points (6-12 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 5-6 FT) with five boards in 30 minutes in the loss at Toronto on Saturday.

Kanter was limited to 12 minutes Friday against New York, but he was back to his usual complement of minutes against the Raptors. He equaled his season high in points, but has only grabbed 18 rebounds in his last five games.

Kanter was limited to just 12 minutes on the court Friday as coach Quin Snyder didn't like the big man's matchup with the small lineup that the Knicks put out on the court, the Deseret News reports. "Tonight was just one of those matchup nights at that position. That's a tough position in the NBA," said Snyder of Kanter at power forward.

Kanter fell out of favor last season with former coach Ty Corbin as he ultimately was moved to a role off the bench. The regime change with Snyder put Kanter back into the starting five this season although a similar situation is looming in Utah as Kanter played under 20 minutes for the second time this year without being in foul trouble. For the time being Kanter remains as a starter in Utah, but four different players came off the bench to play more minutes than the former third overall pick in the 2011 NBA Draft on Friday.

Kanter scored 18 points (7-8 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 3-3 FT) to go along with three rebounds and two blocks in 25 minutes Monday against the Pacers.

Kanter entered Monday without a block this season, so it was especially rare to see him block two in the same game. Although he has at least 14 points in four of his last five games, his fantasy value is limited as he only has two blocks, two assists and one steal combined this season.

Kanter came through when his team needed him, finishing with 14 points (6-11 FG, 2-2 FT), and 11 rebounds in 31 minutes.

Banter put up a very hollow line tonight, which in a way describes his season to date. He has the opportunity to be a fantasy stud, playing big minutes on a team with limited options. However, he needs to round out his defensive game, as shown by his lack of blocks and steals. Banter will still be given the chance to succeed but, with an electric player like Rudy Gobert behind him, it will be interesting to see for how long.

Kanter scored 17 points (7-13 FG, 0-1 3P, 3-3 FT) with nine rebounds in 27 minutes during Monday's loss to the Clippers.

He rebounded nicely after Saturday's weak performance versus the Suns. Kanter already has two double-doubles this season, and just missed a third Monday, so consider him a reliable front court fantasy asset.

Kanter played just 20 minutes against the Mavericks, scoring 11 points (4-10 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-3 FT).

Kanter only played 22 minutes in Wednesday's game against the Rockets, and once again struggled, pulling down just four rebounds in addition to his poor shooting night. Rudy Gobert and Trevor Booker combined for 32 minutes off the bench, and Derrick Favors led all frontcourt players with 35 Thursday. Owners will want to continue to monitor Kanter's playing time, as he could continue to see diminished minutes.

Kanter has averaged 12.2 points and 6.4 rebounds during 26.2 minutes over five preseason games.

Kanter is poised to start at power forward for the Jazz this season as new coach Quin Snyder will let him float around the perimeter and shoot three pointers. However, he's averaged a lowly 18 percent from beyond the arc during his five preseason games. Keeping this in mind, the 22-year-old should be valued for his scoring and rebounding abilities this upcoming season.

Kanter (knee) received confirmation from new coach Quin Snyder that he'll be given the green light from beyond the arc this season, the Salt Lake Tribune reports.

Kanter has been working on his three for some time now, but this confirms that he may have to be valued slightly higher during his 2014-15 campaign. A three-pointer here and there certainly would make the 22-year-old a more enticing option, although it's important to remember that he's only ever attempted one three-pointer over his entire three-year career. Kanter should be valued for his double-double capabilities at power forward this season and his potential threes should be treated as a bonus.

Enes Kanter said that the platelet rich plasma injection in his right knee was a success, and he expects to have a "short and easy" recovery.

The initial timetable for his full recovery was two weeks. He will not play for Turkey in the FIBA World Cup beginning in late August but that's simply a precaution, and he'll be ready to go for Utah's training camp. Kanter averaged 12.3 points and 7.5 rebounds in under 27 minutes per game last season, though his fantasy value was limited by a dearth of steals (0.4) and blocks (0.5).
