Kyrie Irving PG CLE 22 Days

Kyrie Irving (biceps) will start against the Magic on Wednesday.

He's not going to have a minutes restriction and the Cavs look like they're going to let him loose. Irving will start next to Dion Waiters tonight and we'll see how the two co-exist after Waiters turned in one of his best two-week stretches of his career. Obviously, get Kyrie in your lineup.

Kyrie Irving PG CLE 22 Days

Kyrie Irving (bicep) went through Wednesday's shootaround but he's still listed as a game-time decision.

It appears that Irving has been medically cleared to play if he feels well enough, but he'll test his arm during pre-game warmups before deciding whether to return. Cavs coach Mike Brown still hasn't divulged if he'll send Jarrett Jack or Dion Waiters to the bench, but either way Kyrie will be in the starting lineup at PG.

Kyrie Irving (strained bicep) will go through shootaround on Wednesday before talking to the Cavaliers' medical staff and determining his availability vs. the Magic.

"Who knows if it'll be tomorrow or the next game after that, but it felt good today," Irving said after Tuesday's practice. It's uncertain whether Irving would be on a minute limit if he does play, but coach Mike Brown already said that he'll start Kyrie alongside either Dion Waiters or Jarrett Jack.

Kyrie Irving PG CLE 23 Days

Kyrie Irving (strained left bicep) is targeting a return to the court for Wednesday's game against the Magic.

Irving was cleared to practice on Monday and is said he felt good after Tuesday's practice. The Cavs will determine his status for Wednesday night after shootaround, but it's sounding like owners may get their star point guard back. Dion Waiters' value will take a small hit upon Kyrie's return while Jarrett Jack's value will suffer the most and make him droppable for owners in standard leagues who need an extra roster spot.

Kyrie Irving PG CLE 24 Days

Kyrie Irving (strained left biceps) was cleared to return to practice on Monday.

Everything must have went well in his evaluation today and he could make it back as soon as Wednesday, but his status is still up in the air. Of course, Irving should be added across the board based on this news, but he's not a must-start player at this juncture. Additionally, Jarrett Jack can be cut in several cases with Kyrie getting close and also having a weak schedule. Dion Waiters also takes a hit.

Kyrie Irving PG CLE 24 Days

Kyrie Irving (bicep) was examined on Sunday and he'll have more tests in the coming days, but he hopes to return to action vs. the Magic on Wednesday.

Sunday's evaluation seems to have been inconclusive, but it's mildly encouraging that Irving's target return date of April 2 hasn't been contradicted. With a maximum of two games this week and his availability uncertain, it's unwise to rely on Kyrie in weekly lineups. We should get a clearer picture of his health on Monday or Tuesday.

Kyrie Irving (biceps) will be re-evaluated on Sunday.

There is some optimism he could make it back possibly as soon as Tuesday. Irving suffered his injury back on Mar. 16 and has missed the last seven games. Consequently, Jarrett Jack and Dion Waiters would take a hit upon the All-Star's return.

Kyrie Irving (biceps) is scheduled for a reevaluation on Monday.

Irving was seen taking 3-pointers after shootaround on Friday and looked good according to media members. His reevaluation on Monday will help determine next steps and should help shed some more light on the potential early-April return that he's been targeting. In the meantime, Dion Waiters and Jarrett Jack have been balling for the Cavs and are must-start options while Kyrie is out.

Kyrie Irving PG CLE 30 Days

Kyrie Irving (biceps) was able to take some shots during Tuesday's practice.

Irving had previously been limited to riding a stationary bike, so this is good news for his owners just one week after saying he couldn't lift anything with his left arm. The Cavs' star is still on track to be re-evaluated next week and is hoping for an early April return. Whether that return happens remains to be seen, but this latest news should have fantasy owners holding on for at least another week. In the meantime, Dion Waiters and Jarrett Jack remain solid fantasy options in Irving's absence.

Kyrie Irving PG CLE 1 Month

Kyrie Irving, who will miss the next eight games with a bicep injury, doesn't need surgery, but that could change when he's re-evaluated in two weeks.

When asked if surgery was a possibility, Irving said, "We'll see in two weeks. I'm not going to give a definitive answer because I don't know that answer. Like I said, at this point, I'm just going to continue to support my teammates and be on the sideline. Whatever the medical team needs me to do and whatever's in my best interests, I'm going to do.'' While it's possible Irving will play again this season, it doesn't sound all that likely to happen. Dion Waiters and Jarrett Jack will start in the backcourt for the Cavs until further notice.
