Splitter (calf) could return Wednesday against the Knicks, the San Antonio Express-News reports.

Splitter's injury has sidelined him since Nov. 5, but it appears he could finally be ready to return to the court. It's unclear if he will start or come off the bench, but it wouldn't be surprising if he's eased back into action following an absence of over a month if he indeed suits up Wednesday.

Splitter (calf) won't play Monday against the Sixers, Project Spurs reports.

Splitter will miss his 15th straight game Monday and there is no indication he is nearing a return. With Tim Duncan (rest) also sitting out Monday, the team will likely turn to Boris Diaw, Matt Bonner, Jeff Ayres and Aron Baynes as the big men. Luckily, the Spurs are facing a 0-16 Sixers squad.
