Bogut was scratched at tip-off with flu-like symptoms, the San Francisco Chronicle's Rusty Simmons reports.

He was announced with the starters, but then ran into the locker room by himself right before the tip and did not return, leaving Marreese Speights to start in his place. Consider Bogut day-to-day with the illness, but there is reason to be hopeful he will miss just one game as the Warriors will be off until Friday.

Bogut scored nine points with 10 rebounds and five blocked shots in 22 minutes in Wednesday night's win over the Rockets. Both the rebounds and the blocks are game highs since he returned from a lengthy absence due to a knee injury.

As the Warriors pile up the blowout victories, there's been no need to push Bogut much beyond the 20-25 minute mark. As such, his counting numbers can be surpressed, but you can see Bogut making more of an impact as the knee gets healthier.

Bogut returned to the starting lineup Saturday but was held to just two points (1-2 FG) in 20 minutes. He added six rebounds, two assists, and two blocks in the contest.

Bogut was rested for Friday's game against the Thunder, but was in the starting lineup against the Rockets. He has been slow in rounding into form since returning from injury January 7 and has not scored in double figures in any of those five games. This is concerning given that he has played more than 20 minutes in four of those contests.

Bogut has been sluggish in his return to action from injury, averaging just 4.2 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 1.6 assists in four games back. He'll likely be eased back into the rotation, and there's a good chance he won't be producing standard league-worthy value for another week or so.
