Andray Blatche PF/C BKN 2 Days
Andray Blatche had 15 points and six rebounds on 5-of-12 shooting in 24 minutes in another loss on Tuesday.
Blatche has arguably been the Nets best player over the past few weeks, but will take a backseat to Brook Lopez and Kevin Garnett whenever they're available to play, like they were tonight. But as long as he's getting 25 minutes a night, he's at least worth a close look in most leagues, and becomes nearly a must-start play whenever Garnett is in street clothes.

Andray Blatche scored 21 points against the Grizzlies on Saturday to go with eight boards, one assist, one steal, one block and three 3-pointers in 22 minutes.
He entered tonight just 1-of-7 from downtown on the year, but he made all three attempts tonight. Blatche has been outplaying Kevin Garnett and he might have earned a role of about 24 minutes per night with his play. He's worth owning in standard leagues until he cools off.

Andray Blatche lasted just 10 minutes and missed all six of his field goal attempts in Friday's blowout loss to the Rockets.
Blatche was dealing with an ankle injury and we'll keep an eye on that but this was just a nightmare game for the entire organization. Brook Lopez (21 minutes, 16 points) returned tonight, too, so Blatche's short-term value is complicated by that. As long as both Kevin Garnett, Andrei Kirilenko and to a lesser degree Deron Williams remain out, he should probably retained as long as he's healthy.

Andray Blatche suffered a sprained left ankle on Wednesday and did not play in the fourth quarter.
He suffered the injury in the first half and played in the third quarter, so this doesn't sound serious. Blatche said he should be ready for Friday's game and isn't concerned. He finished with 14 points, eight boards, three assists, two steals and two blocks in 27 minutes. He'll be worth starting on Friday with Brook Lopez (ankle) possibly out again.

Andray Blatche scored a team-high 24 points in Tuesday's win over the Raptors with five boards, two steals and two blocks in 32 minutes.
He shot 10-of-16 from the field and has been the Nets' best player over the past week. Blatche entered tonight with averaged 14.5 points and 6.0 boards as a starter this year, so he's certainly proven he's a terrific understudy while Brook Lopez (ankle) is out. Keep him active.

Andray Blatche scored 10 points with four boards, two assists and one steal in 26 minutes during a start on Sunday afternoon.
To put it nicely, the Nets aren't good. They had a pathetic 22 points in the paint and allowed 56 in that department during a 109-97 home loss to the Pistons. As for Blatche, he should be able to maintain some value while Brook Lopez is out and he'll look to have a better showing against the Raptors on Tuesday.

Andray Blatche will start at center for the Nets on Sunday, moving Reggie Evans to the bench.
Blatche has been a bright spot during a dark stretch for the Nets -- in the past four games he's averaging 17.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 0.5 blocks in a reserve role, while shooting 61.2 percent from the field. He'll shift back to the bench once Brook Lopez (ankle) returns, but for now he's a great spot-starter in fantasy leagues.

Andray Blatche scored 16 points on 7-of-14 shooting with four rebounds and four turnovers in 22 minutes off the bench on Friday.
The Nets lost by 30 so it's hard to read too much into anything, but Blatche more or less did what he was supposed to do for owners that picked him up and he can continue being used like this while Brook Lopez is out.

Andray Blatche came off the bench again on Wednesday and hit 11-of-14 shots for 25 points, seven rebounds and a steal in 29 minutes of a loss to the Bobcats.
That's a season high for Blatche, who has been a strong option any time Brook Lopez is out, which was the case agains tonight. If Lopez misses more time with his ankle injury, Blatche is worth a look, especially in daily leagues.
