Koufos had an absolutely miserable Game 2, finished with a minus-18 rating in only 14 minutes. Karl said after the game the Nuggets would "surely" discuss the other possibilities and this sounds like he's not backing down. We already know Kenneth Faried is likely to return to the starting lineup so it's possible the Nuggets could go small with Faried at center or insert JaVale McGee in the middle.
