Trevor Ariza SG/SF WAS 17 Days

Trevor Ariza took a nasty spill during Saturday's win vs. the Hawks, injuring his left groin and he is questionable to suit up for Monday's game vs. Charlotte.

Ariza was able to finish the game, but he was spotted limping out of the training room with his left leg bandaged and said his plan was to get "a lot of treatment" before the team leaves for Charlotte. Ariza is a bit of a warrior, so it wouldn't be surprising to see him give it a go on Monday, but for now nothing is certain. Check back for more updates closer to the tip as we'll be monitoring this situation closely.

Trevor Ariza played 40 minutes against the Suns on Wednesday with 14 points, eight boards, four assists, one steal and one 3-pointer.

Trevor Ariza (Achilles) went through shootaround on Wednesday and seems probable to play vs. the Suns.

He didn't appear to have any limitations and should start tonight. Ariza is dealing with some tendinitis in his Achilles and it has yet to cost him playing time. His owners can keep him locked in to their lineups in what should be a fun game to watch.

Trevor Ariza has developed tendinitis in his right Achilles, but coach Randy Wittman doesn't believe that the injury is serious.

Ariza hasn't missed a game since November and he's averaging nearly 36 minutes per game in March. While this may not be an imminent threat to his availability, any Achilles injury demands to be taken seriously and we'll keep a close eye on him in the coming weeks.

Trevor Ariza SG/SF WAS 29 Days

Trevor Ariza hit 5-of-13 shots and two 3-pointers for 12 points, three rebounds, four assists and three steals in Tuesday's loss.

Ariza left the game briefly to stop his nose from bleeding, but he should be fine going forward. He had 21 points, 11 boards and four 3-pointers on Friday, but scored nine or fewer points in three of his last four games before scoring 12 tonight. He's in a slump, but could break out of it at any time.

Trevor Ariza scored 21 points on 6-of-16 shooting (4-of-8 3PTs, 5-of-6 FTs) with 11 rebounds, five assists and one steal in Friday's win over the Magic.

Even with Bradley Beal around the trio of Ariza, Marcin Gortat (19 points, 14 boards, three assists, one steal, two blocks, 7-of-8 FTs) and John Wall (21 points, four threes, five boards, 11 assists) are desired fantasy assets. If Beal misses significant time with his ankle injury, you're going to see these guys on even more fantasy championship squads.

He's so hot right now. Ariza's made an astonishing 67.7 percent of his makes from downtown in his four March games, which is good for 5.2 treys per game and an effective field goal percentage of 81.9. Trevor Ariza stayed hot against the Jazz on Wednesday with 26 points on 9-of-14 from the field to go with five boards, one assist, one steal and four 3-pointers.

He'd probably be your favorite player in a video game right now. Ariza has made a ridiculous 4.1 triples per game over his last 10 on an unfathomable 63.1 percent from that range. He's already set a career high for triples in a season with 144 and has a shot to break Gilbert Arenas' franchise record of 205. There are not many better picks from October fantasy drafts than Ariza.

Trevor Ariza poured in a career-high 40 points against the Sixers during a 122-103 win on Saturday, adding two boards, three assists, four steals, one block and eight 3-pointers in 36 minutes.

He got off to a blistering start with a first-quarter line of 24 points six 3-pointers on 9-of-10 from the field -- good for an effective field goal percentage of 121.4. The Sixers forgot to cover him all night and they've had some serious issues at defending the 3-point line. Ariza has been one of the better draft picks for fantasy owners and he's certainly not slowing down in his career season. Congrats to those who drafted him.

Trevor Ariza scored 15 points with 10 boards, two assists, one steal, one block and three 3-poitners in 35 minutes against the Cavs on Sunday.

He hit the dagger trey in this game and continues to launch his game to new heights in his second season with the Wizards. Ariza probably owes John Wall a nice seafood dinner or two for putting him in advantageous spots in halfcourt sets, especially with 75 percent of his field goals coming via an assist. There are not many better picks from fantasy draft season that turned out better than Ariza.
