Felton (ankle) will travel with the Mavericks on their four-game road trip beginning Friday in Toronto, the Dallas Morning News reports.
Felton would still seem unlikely to play Friday after aggravating his ankle injury earlier this week during practice, but the Mavericks are apparently optimistic that he might be able to suit up at some point during the trip. The veteran point guard has yet to play this season and might not be able to carve out a large role for the Mavericks with all of Jameer Nelson, Devin Harris and J.J. Barea vying for minutes.
